Returns & Refunds Policy

At So Here For The Tee, we want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Any tags must still be attached where applicable.
• Items must be free from makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return has been approved, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Postage Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order, but if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault or problem

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In these cases, we will cover any reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Product Images & Colours

We do our best to display colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, photography, and device displays.
