Do you offer international shipping?

AnswerYes, we ship to selected international destinations.

Available shipping options will show at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If your country does not appear, or you have any trouble checking out, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take?

Thank you for your patience while your piece is made especially for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2 weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping and Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you would like to return it. Once your return has been requested, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition, with any tags still attached.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or design, please return your item if eligible and place a new order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can put it right.

Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on their way back to us.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible, and always within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to put it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No, since all our items are made to order just for each individual customer, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

What size should I choose?

For our oversized, snow and acid wash tees we recommend ordering your usual size for the intended oversized look. Size up if you prefer an extra roomy fit.

How are your designs printed?

Our designs are printed using Direct-to-Garment printing, also known as DTG. This allows the artwork to be printed directly onto the fabric using water-based inks, creating a soft, detailed finish without the heavy feel of traditional print methods.

DTG also allows each item to be printed to order, helping to reduce unnecessary overproduction and waste.

You may notice a slight print scent when your garment first arrives. This is completely normal with freshly printed apparel and should disappear after the first wash.

How should I care for my printed apparel?

Our garments use DTG printing, which prints the artwork directly onto the fabric fibres for a soft, detailed finish. Some pieces also go through acid wash or snow wash treatments to create the uneven tones, faded effects and variation you see. These styles need a little extra care to keep them looking their best.

Before the first wear, we recommend washing your garment on its own, inside out, in cold water. This helps remove any residue from the printing process and release any excess dye from washed styles.

For every wash after that:

Turn inside out before washing

Wash cold on a gentle cycle

Use mild detergent only

No bleach, no fabric softener

Wash with similar tones, especially for the first few washes

Hang to dry where possible, ideally out of direct sunlight

Do not tumble dry

If ironing, iron inside out only and keep away from the printed area

No dry cleaning, soaking or harsh stain treatments

A little fading and colour softening can happen over time with repeated washing. This is normal with printed, acid wash and snow wash garments, and is part of their lived-in feel. Following these care steps will help your piece stay looking its best for longer.
